Delivery basics

All orders are processed within 1–2 days. Our stock is based in Belgium, and orders are sent with tracked delivery through carriers such as Deutsche Post, bpost, and PostNL.

Expected delivery is within 2–5 working days from the order, depending on the delivery location.

Where we currently deliver

We currently serve Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Belgium. For the rest of Europe, please use Belgium as your base country and select your preferred language when shopping.
