Orders and delivery

All orders are processed within 1–2 days. Our stock is based in Belgium, and orders are shipped with tracking through carriers such as Deutsche Post, bpost, and PostNL.

Expected delivery is within 2–5 working days from the order, depending on the delivery location.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you would like to return an order, please contact Customer Support and include your order number so we can help with the next steps.

We currently serve Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Belgium. For the rest of Europe, please use Belgium as your base country and select your preferred language when shopping.
